President of Vodafone Global Enterprise Americas to Lead Regional Philanthropic Arm
(firmenpresse) - REDWOOD CITY, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/13/14 -- The , which fosters innovation in wireless and mobile technology and supports Mobile for Good projects, has today announced the appointment of Chuck Pol as Chairman and President of the Board of Directors.
Pol is Vodafone Global Enterprise''s (VGE) President of the Americas region and Director of the Global Transformation Team. Prior to joining VGE Americas in 2010, Pol held several senior executive positions at BT in the US and UK, spanning over 20 years. He served as Director of Mobile Markets at BT Wholesale Services and Solutions, where he directed the sales and marketing and service operations for key mobile markets. Pol has served as a Non-Executive Director of Project Renewal, a charity which devotes time, resource and finances to the homeless of New York City.
