Nutroganics Announces 2014 Third Quarter Results and Updates Guidance for 2015
(firmenpresse) - BETHESDA, MD -- (Marketwired) -- 11/12/14 -- Nutroganics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NUTT) ("Nutroganics") announced today its operating results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2014.
Nutroganics generated consolidated revenue of $2.34 million, up approximately 20% from the company''s second quarter revenue. EBITDA was $13,010 or +0.56% of revenue.
David Sackler, Nutroganics'' President & CEO, said, "We are encouraged by the continued improvement in our operating results from Q2 to Q3 and especially from Q1 to Q3. We achieved positive EBITDA earlier than we had previously forecast and continued to strongly grow revenue on a quarter over quarter basis. The third quarter results show that by enhancing NuStar''s manufacturing profile and capabilities, including achieving , we are experiencing a positive effect on our sales and operating performance. Today''s announcement is the next step in our plan to build Nutroganics into a listed company over the next 18-36 months. "
Nutroganics also announced today that it is raising its revenue guidance for 2015 to $10.2 million (from $10.0 million) and reiterates its prior forecast of positive net income by February 2015. These forecasts assume continuation of current positive trends and a stable economic environment.
