Peter Terrin, a contemporary artist from Belgium, will exhibit 10 paintings at his debut exhibition in Canada at The Spoke Club, Toronto, on November 13, 2014.
The highly anticipated exhibition will raise awareness and funding for the Kayapo of the fragile Amazon Rainforest. 50% of sales will be donated to ICFCs Kayapo Program
Working exclusively with pallet knives and acrylic paint, Terrin''s unique technique effortlessly captures the emotion, character & mood in 10 Kayapo portraits. His bold strokes and unconventional use of colour hold many characteristics of abstract art, however, the brilliance of his work is appreciated when one steps back from his large canvases allowing the piece to come into focus, revealing an always impactful subject.
