Lincoln Property Company Wins Five Awards at NJAA Garden State Awards
(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 11/11/14 -- , the nation''s second largest multi-family manager, was honored with five awards at the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) Garden State Awards dinner on October 30. Over 600 members attended the "1920s Soiree" themed event held at the Hilton in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
(Mount Laurel, NJ) won for Website Excellence, and (Cherry Hill, NJ) won for both Property Excellence and Website Excellence in community categories.
Individual Lincoln employees were also recognized at this event. Lindsay Pietsch, Resident Manager of Bishop''s View, was named Resident Manager of the Year, and Ronda Layo was named Regional Property Manager of the Year.

These honors for Lincoln serve as a nice follow- up to last year''s event, where Bishop''s View also won an award for Curb Appeal, and Victoria Senft, Resident Manager of Mount Laurel Crossing, was a finalist for Resident Manager of the Year.
The NJAA Garden State Awards is an annual event meant to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of its members and the professionalism of its member companies. Winners of the NJAA Garden State Awards are chosen by a panel of judges who perform site inspections of each property and interview all individual award nominees. These judges are members of the NJAA and volunteers from different levels of property management companies. There are a total of 16 categories of awards including Curb Appeal, Website Excellence, Maintenance Tech, Property Staff, Customer Service, and Management Company of the Year, among others.
The NJAA is a statewide organization of apartment owners, managers, developers, builders, and those involved in allied industries. As an affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA), the NJAA is designed to protect and advance the apartment industry. Its residents make up more than one-third of all New Jersey families.
