DTI Acquires Hudson Legal eDiscovery
Leader in eDiscovery-Managed Review Complements Broad eDiscovery and Legal Process Outsourcing Services of DTI; Acquisition Marks First European Location for DTI

The acquisition augments the growth trajectory DTI began in 2010 when it started acquiring major brands in the legal and eDiscovery markets.
Hudson Legal eDiscovery has been a pioneer and service leader in the provision of managed document review, having served law firms and corporations for over 25 years. Its focus on legal management in the eDiscovery marketplace complements the comprehensive and defensible eDiscovery, review, compliance, information management and related legal process outsourcing services DTI provides corporate clients -- and the law firms that serve them. The combined organization will be one of the largest managed review platforms in the world. Effective immediately, as part of the acquisition, the Hudson Legal eDiscovery team becomes a part of DTI.
