Sales Increase by 14% While Profitability Rises by 57%

The Company''s revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013, were $652,505 and $571,794, respectively, an increase of $80,771 or 14.2 %. Costs of sales were 78% and 86% and the gross profit percentages were 22% and 14%, respectively. The resulting increase in gross profit of 57% is a direct result of our sales strategy to (i) increase sales of the Boreal brands to both new customers and existing customers, (ii) selective price increases, and (iii) improve our distribution network and aggressively grow our co-packing and label business.
