(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/06/14 -- HALMONT PROPERTIES CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE: HMT) announced today that the net income to common shareholders for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 was $0.75 million as compared to net income of $0.64 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2013.
On November 6, 2014, the Company acquired a second heritage building in the theatre district of Toronto, Ontario for approximately $19 million.
Halmont Properties Corporation invests directly in real estate and securities of companies with real estate interests.
