Alliance Media Group Holdings, Inc Announces New Name for Its New Direction -- Alliance BioEnergy +
(firmenpresse) - WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 11/06/14 -- . announced today that it filed a Pre 14C proxy statement to change the Company name to Alliance BioEnergy +, Inc., in order better reflect the Company''s new direction. With a majority of shareholders already on board the new name should take effect in early December 2014.
One of the new initiatives in the works is the Company''s Research Institute to be helmed by CTS inventor Dr. Richard Blair. Currently being designed in Orlando, Florida this new subsidiary will focus on optimizing the Company''s core CTS technology, exploring alternate pathways such as plastics, carbon fiber and fine chemicals from cellulose while looking to create new intellectual properties in the bio-fuels and renewable industries.
The institute will also be home to the Company''s state of the art demonstration plant being designed and built by Dr Blair''s CTS team. This demonstration plant should be online in the first quarter of 2015 and allow the Company to demonstrate the CTS in real time at commercial scale for potential licensees.
In other news the Company''s first CTS plant which is a subsidiary of the Company''s AMG Renewables, has closed on its construction and licensing financing with the United States Regional Economic Development Authority ("USREDA") (previously released news on July 16, 2014). USREDA has begun collecting foreign investment for the Company''s first plant and anticipates full funding by the end of the first quarter in 2015, which would allow the Plant to break ground by summer 2015.
In addition, the Company''s management is in advanced discussions with several multinational organizations and foreign governments for territory and plant licensing. Under the direction of AMG Renewables CEO Joe McNaney, a Company contingency is joining Dr. Blair and Peter Jermyn, CEO of Carbolosic JV partner Thor Renewable Energy Singapore, from November 13 through November 26th on a tour of bio energy and renewable facilities in China and India in order to introduce the CTS technology to parts of the world that may benefit the most from a low cost, effective waste to energy program and to meet with Senior Asian Government Officials in anticipation of signing an MOU for the first Asian CTS plant
