Co-Founder and Former CEO Will Smith Transitions to New Role as Chief Strategy Officer as the Firm Expands Its Locations by Over 550 Percent in 2014 and Looks to New Markets

In conjunction, former CEO Will Smith will transition to leading Euclid''s long-term business strategy in a full-time capacity as Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of the Board.
Franson brings product chops with three patents awarded and a track record for business leadership, having scaled multiple organizations within Reputation.com prior to joining Euclid in April of this year. In his role as CEO, he will focus on scaling the organization to accommodate its unprecedented growth, continuing to build the best-in-class location analytics platform, and expanding its reach to new customers, countries, and verticals. In addition to his role as CEO, Franson will also join the company''s Board of Directors.
