New Management Moves Company to Top Tier of OTC Pink Markets and Implements New Strategy for Growth

(PINKSHEETS: VCOR) is pleased to announce it has reduced its debt by $6,280,571, leaving the Company with only $13,000 in debt. Vencor International''s new management team felt it was imperative to decrease the amount of debt on the books of Vencor International to increase shareholder value and position the Company for success as it moves into a new industry.
Vencor International, Inc. would also like to announce its entrance into the alternative energy sector and its success on obtaining OTC Pink status with the OTC Markets. Vencor''s new management is committed to growing the Company and increasing shareholder value.
Vencor''s new management team will hold a nationwide teleconference call to update shareholders on the new direction the Company is taking and the events that are occurring within the Company. Management was successful in significantly reducing the Company''s debt and has been working with its SEC attorney to keep the Company compliant with the OTC Markets.
