Wells Concrete Acquires Hanson Structural Precast
The Minnesota-Based Company Acquires Hanson's Maple Grove Facilities
(firmenpresse) - ALBANY, MN -- (Marketwired) -- 11/04/14 -- Wells Concrete announced today that effective November 1, the company has acquired the Maple Grove office and production facilities of Hanson Structural Precast. The combined organization strengthens the company''s presence in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and will enable it to offer a more complete and competitive product offering.

Wells Concrete will be relocating its Golden Valley sales, engineering and construction services office to the Maple Grove Hanson Structural Precast location to streamline business processes. The combined office will operate under the Wells Concrete name. At this time, there are no plans to eliminate any positions.
Hanson Structural Precast is a division of Hanson Building Products North America, a leading supplier of precast products to the upper Midwest and western United States. Hanson Building Products North America and its divisions are part of Lehigh Hanson.
