eQuest Names Todd Hall Director of Job Board Alliances

In his new role, Hall will manage the Company''s on-boarding of new job boards, compliance and diversity career sites, as well as all global college and university destinations. He will also be responsible for the expansion of eQuest''s global delivery end-point business.
