EmberClear Reports Cease Trade Order
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/03/14 -- EmberClear Corp. (TSX VENTURE: EMB) (the "Company") announced today that the Alberta Securities Commission has issued a cease trade order (the "Cease Trade Order") effective as of October 30, 2014 as a result of the Company not having filed its annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2014 and the related management''s discussion and analysis and certificates (collectively, the "Annual Filings"), which were required to be filed by October 28, 2014 under applicable Canadian securities laws. As a result of the Cease Trade Order, the TSX Venture Exchange has halted trading of the Company''s common shares.
The Company and its auditors are working diligently to complete the Annual Filings and intend to file them as soon as practicable, following which the Company intends to apply to have the Cease Trade Order revoked and the trading halt removed.
Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
