Cypress to Address Two Investor Conferences in November

First, Cypress''s Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Thad Trent, will present at the 2014 RBC Capital Markets'' Technology, Internet, Media and Telecommunications Conference on November 11 at the Hilton Hotel in New York. The presentation will begin at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Second, on November 18, Cypress will host its 2014 Analyst Day event at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time at the company''s headquarters, 198 Champion Court in San Jose, California. The event will include presentations from Cypress''s President and CEO T.J. Rodgers and other members of Cypress''s executive staff covering Cypress''s broad product portfolio, financial performance and strategic outlook. The webcast will begin at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time and conclude by 5:00 p.m.
The presentations will be webcast live and will be available on-demand for two weeks following the event through Cypress''s website at .
