(TSX VENTURE: BCF) (the "Corporation") announced today that its board of directors has declared a distribution of $0.3918 per Class B Non-Voting share of the Corporation. The distribution will be paid on October 31, 2014 to holders of Class B Non-Voting shares of record on October 27, 2014.
