Cairo Resources Announces Consolidation
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/28/14 -- Cairo Resources Inc. (NEX: QAI.H) (the "Company") announces that further to its news release of August 29, 2014, the Company has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to its consolidation on the basis of one (1) new common share for every five (5) old common shares. The Company''s shares will commence trading on a post-consolidated basis effective at the opening October 29, 2014.
The Company is not changing its name and is not changing its trading symbol.
Effective at the opening October 29, 2014 there will be 700,000 issued and outstanding common shares.
