Four Points Technology, LLC Awarded Two NASA SEWP V Contracts
(firmenpresse) - CHANTILLY, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/28/14 -- Four Points Technology, LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), has been awarded two OMB-approved Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) under NASA''s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V.
Four Points Technology is currently a SEWP IV contract holder and has provided products and services under the contract since 2010. Company President and CEO, David "Chief" Gilchrist, said, "We are honored to have been awarded two contracts under the SEWP V NASA program, representing innovative partners and technologies to our Federal Government customers. As an incumbent contract holder and established provider of technology solutions to our customers, we look forward to continuing to offer products and services to meet our customers'' vast and complex technology needs."
According to NASA, "the principal purpose of the SEWP V contracts is to provide state-of-the-art information technology and computer technologies, high-end scientific and engineering processing capabilities, network equipment and peripherals." These contracts are available for ordering by all NASA centers, all federal agencies and their contractors. SEWP V is the fifth iteration of the contract, which has an effective 10-year ordering period that includes a 5-year base period and a 5-year option period.
