(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: KAY.P), a capital pool company, is pleased to announce that the filing statement with respect to its Qualifying Transaction previously announced in its news release dated July 28, 2014 is now available under the Company''s profile on SEDAR at .
The Company expects to complete its previously-announced private placement and Qualifying Transaction on or prior to November 30, 2014.
