Escalade, Incorporated announces the sale of their information security business to PHI Industrial Acquisitions.
(PresseBox) - intimus International, including all brand rights, branch offices and its North American business is now owned by PHI Industrial Acquisitions, a privately held investment company located in Madrid, Spain.
Since September of 2014, PHI Industrial Acquisitions? portfolio also includes the exclusive indirect sales and service channel of Pitney Bowes in certain regions of Western Europe.
