2014-1012-Consolidation - Evolving Gold Corp. (EVG)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/20/14 -- Evolving Gold Corp. has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated common share for fourteen (14) pre consolidation common shares. No fractional shares will be issued.
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 13,472,394.
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on Friday, October 24th. The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business Thursday, October 23, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
