Susan Kudzman Joins Board of Directors of Yellow Media Limited
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/15/14 -- Yellow Media Limited (TSX: Y) announced today that Susan Kudzman has been appointed to the board of Yellow Media Limited.
A specialist in human resources and risk management, Ms. Kudzman is currently Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Laurentian Bank. Prior to that, Ms. Kudzman was a partner at Mercer Canada and held executive positions at Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec and BCE Emergis Inc.
"Susan has a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles as well as expertise which make her an excellent addition to our board" said Robert MacLellan, Chairman of the Board. "Susan''s work and relationships within the Montreal business community will also be valuable additions in moving Yellow Media''s transformation forward. Ms. Kudzman holds a Bachelor''s degree in Actuarial Science and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA), a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Certified Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA). With Ms. Kudzman''s appointment, Yellow Media''s board counts 11 directors, three of whom are women.
