Mr. Nardelli will begin his role immediately, and was formerly chairman and CEO of The Home Depot and Chrysler, and served as a senior executive at General Electric for 30 years.

After departing GE, Nardelli served as chairman, president and CEO of The Home Depot, Inc. and, subsequently, as Chairman, CEO and a board director of Chrysler. Currently, Nardelli is a Senior Advisor to Cerberus Capital Management and the founder, chairman and CEO of XLR-8, a private investment and advisory firm, which takes stakes primarily in family-owned businesses.
