(OTCBB: SPRWF) (CSE: SL) announced today that it has issued 4,100,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company for a period of five years (3,900,000 options) or two years (200,000 options), at a price of $0.41 per share. These options were issued in accordance with the Company''s incentive stock option plan.
