iLOOKABOUT Corp. Announces Issuance of Common Shares to Settle Accrued Dividends
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/10/14 -- iLOOKABOUT Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ILA) ("iLOOKABOUT" or "the Company") announced today that the Company has now issued 38,019 Common Shares to settle $13,309 of accrued dividends on its Series 1 Preference Shares, as previously disclosed in a news release issued by the Company on October 2, 2014. All of these Common Shares are subject to hold periods which expire February 11, 2015.
