("CHC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CHC) is pleased to announce that it has today closed its previously announced acquisition of a student housing property located in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec (310 beds in 78 student apartments in six building complexes having a purchase price of $5.5 million). The Company has received final acceptance of the acquisition from the TSX Venture Exchange.
