Lincoln Property Company Hires Nicole Stultz as Marketing Director for the Upper Southeast Region

Stultz will be assisting the Southeast Regional Director of Marketing, Heather Williams, in implementing new marketing initiatives, brand creation, and many of the new construction projects on hand for the region.
"Nicole will be an invaluable asset to LPC''s Southeast Region. She brings extensive knowledge of property management, marketing and technology skills," says Williams. Stultz brings with her years of experience in the multifamily industry as well as a diverse background in marketing. Having been involved in mixed-use new development, lease-ups, acquisitions and third party fee management, her skills and experience enable her to apply a well-rounded approach to her role as Marketing Director.
