(the "Company") (NASDAQ: SUNS), today declared a distribution of $0.1175 per share for the month of October 2014. The distribution is payable on October 31, 2014 to stockholders of record as of October 23, 2014. The specific tax characteristics of the distribution will be reported to stockholders on Form 1099 after the end of the calendar year.
