VRX Worldwide Changes Name to MediaValet
Reflecting Company's Focus on Enterprise Cloud Software

(TSX VENTURE: VRW) (the Company) is pleased to announce that the Company has formally completed its name change from VRX Worldwide Inc. to MediaValet Inc. The name change reflects the Company''s focus and commitment to its enterprise cloud software business. In conjunction with its name change, the Company''s trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange will change from ''VRW'' to ''MVP'' on Monday, October 6th, 2014.

The common shares of the Company will formally commence trading under the new symbol on Monday, October 6th, 2014. Until then, the Company will continue to trade under the existing trade symbol ''VRW''.
There is no consolidation or change in the share capital of the Company. Shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new company name.
