CERF Incorporated Reports on Exercise of Warrants
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/03/14 -- CERF Incorporated ("CERF" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: CFL) is pleased to report that, as of September 30, 2014, and following the notice of the acceleration of the expiry date of CERF''s Series A and Series B warrants (the "Warrants"), as set out in CERF''s August 21, 2014 press release, 4,197,167 Series A and 79,000 Series B warrants were exercised for common shares of CERF at an exercise price of $3.15 per share. CERF received approximately $13.5 million from the exercise of the Warrants.
Pursuant to the terms of section 2.4 of CERF''s Warrant Indenture dated July 25, 2013, all Warrants that were unexercised as of September 30, 2014 have now been cancelled.
