(firmenpresse) - Louisville, Kentucky – Marc Hirsch, author of The Case, was signed by publisher Books, Authors, and Artists (BAA). BAA will re-publish, as a revised edition, Hirsch’s current work, The Case, and publish his future works including the upcoming Hard Case. Hirsch also has plans for a screenplay.
The Case is a story about Alice White, a divorced legal assistant in 1955 New York City. White travels to a small upstate mountain community to investigate the violent death of a doctor. What at first appears to have been an accident, unfolds into a deadly power play of greed and marital discord that threatens to end her life, just as she has begun to thaw.
The Case was published on CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform in 2012. It is available as a Kindle ebook and in paperback on Amazon (ISBN 1468020536). A planned revised edition, with a new ISBN will be published late 2014.
About Marc Hirsch
Marc Hirsch was born in New York City and raised in the Bronx. He graduated Boston University School of Medicine in 1969. He retired from medical practice in 2011, although he volunteers at a local Kentucky free clinic.
