("6138241"), a corporation associated with him and Niketo Co. Ltd. whereby 6138241 was to sell 8,500,000 common shares ("Shares") of Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. ("UBS") to Niketo Co. Ltd. at a price of $0.03 per Share, for aggregate cash consideration of $255,000.00, has not closed and is terminated. As such, 6138241 holds 8,500,000 Shares.
An affiliate of 6138241 also associated with Mr. Dolgonos, 2064818 Ontario Inc. ("2064818") owns 3,766,008 Shares, or approximately 3.66% of the issued and outstanding Shares. In aggregate, 6138241 and 2064818 own 12,266,008 Shares, or approximately 11.93% of the total outstanding Shares.
Mr. Dolgonos'' holdings of Shares are for investment purposes. He may increase or decrease his holdings in Shares depending on market conditions or any other relevant factors.
