Lincoln Property Company Named a Finalist on Houston Business Journal''s Best Place to Work List

This honor is based on several factors and assigns company rankings based on four distinct categories.
Lincoln Property Company was named among other medium-sized companies with 101 to 500 employees. The other categories include small companies with 10 to 100 employees, large companies with more than 500 employees, and those additional companies considered to have a significant presence in the Houston area.
The Houston Business Journal (HBJ) has been conducting employee engagement audits of Houston-area businesses for over ten years. The goal has been to highlight those companies that place an emphasis on establishing competitive employee compensation plans, support innovation and ideas, and embrace tolerance and flexibility. The award also considers advancement opportunities and skill development as well as the overall quality of communication, support and goal setting at individual organizations.

The surveys used to rate local businesses are conducted by a third party organization called Quantum Workplace which ranks companies on a 100-point scale. Only those companies that ranked higher than 85 received consideration on the HBJ''s 2014 list.
The Houston Business Journal will announce the official rankings on October 15 at their celebratory lunch. These rankings will be released via print and digital media on October 17 to HBJ subscribers.
