NV5 has long supported the City of Manitou Springs and the Manitou Springs Economic Development Council (EDC) on the town''s various infrastructure projects, earning approximately $2 million in fees. The town turned to NV5 for program management assistance for funding strategies, civil engineering design, urban design, drainage analysis, roadway design, landscape architecture, surveying, construction specifications and observation, and additional work related to the downtown revitalization project.
