PDC Provides Litigation Update
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/01/14 -- PDC Biological Health Group Corporation (CSE: PHG) ("PDC" or the "Company") announces that it has been served with a petition ("Petition") by Sanum Beteiligungsgesellschaft MBH ("Sanum") whereby Sanum is seeking to enforce in the Supreme Court of British Columbia an arbitration award (the "Award") previously decided in its favour against the Company in the International Arbitration Tribunal of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. The Company is evaluating its legal options in respect of the Petition and intends to vigourously defend its position. The Company has 21 days from the date of service of the Petition to file its response.
