AlarmForce Announces New CEO and CFO
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/30/14 -- AlarmForce Industries Inc. (TSX: AF) announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Anthony Pizzonia as the President and Chief Executive Officer and Chetna Kapadia as Chief Financial Officer of AlarmForce, effective September 30, 2014.
Mr. Pizzonia joined AlarmForce in 1992 and has held various leadership positions in the company. Since 1995, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of AlarmForce and has been actively involved in running the operations of the company. He has also been a Board member since February 2004.
Chetna Kapadia, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. She has been with AlarmForce since 1996 and has served as the corporate controller. Her new responsibilities will include leading the company''s financial reporting and corporate finance operations.
Peter Silverberg, Chairman of the Board said, "As AlarmForce commences this new chapter, we are confident that Anthony and Chetna will provide the required leadership to move the company forward and execute on its strategic plan."
