Highwoods Properties Signs 48,000 Square Foot Lease With New Customer at LakePointe Two in Tampa
(firmenpresse) - RALEIGH, NC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/29/14 -- (NYSE: HIW) has signed a 48,000 square foot, long-term lease at LakePointe Two in Tampa with myMatrixx, a full-service pharmacy benefit management and ancillary services company focused on workers'' compensation. Highwoods has now relet 90% of the space in LakePointe One and Two vacated in May 2013.
