"Our Government recognizes the important work our police officers do on behalf of all Canadians and we are proud to support the trade show portion of this conference, which will highlight the latest innovations in policing. I wish all participants a productive conference and look forward to witnessing the benefits of the trade show to the entrepreneurs in attendance."
- Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages
"The International Association of Women Police (IAWP) 2014 Conference Committee made a bold commitment to provide French language services, such as translated documents, French speakers for the program, and French volunteers for the conference in Winnipeg. This was to be "first" for IAWP. The conference committee also wanted to provide as much exposure for local business and entrepreneurs who supply products and service to law enforcement. Funding provided by the Western Diversification grant has ensured our commitment to these goals. We have over 26 businesses and services represented in our trade show, French conference guides, and an array of services for our Francophone delegates."
- Sandra Martin, Conference Director IAWP 2014
