Frank E. McEnulty Joins Madison Explorations'' Board of Directors, Brent Inzer Appointed Chief Executive Officer

(OTCQB: MDEX) (the "Company"), a leader in smokeless cannabinoid delivery technology, is pleased to announce that Mr. Frank E. McEnulty has accepted the position as a Director on the Company''s board of directors on September 22, 2014.
Mr. McEnulty is an experienced financial executive with an extensive background in finance and accounting, multiple location management, real estate development, financial analysis, workout and mediation, presentations and public speaking, cash management, property management, business start-up, development and operations. In the 2008 presidential election, he was both the Vice-Presidential nominee of the Reform Party of the United States of America and the Presidential nominee of the New American Independent Party.
As his first act as a director Mr. McEnulty has appointed Mr. Brent Inzer as CEO of the Company. "It is Brent''s vision of a reliable and metered smokeless cannabinoid technology that will be the foundation of the Company''s success," said McEnulty.
Mr. Inzer is an entrepreneur who has specialized in sales and marketing for well over 20 years. Brent founded Synergistic Resources, LLC. Starting in 2008, Brent and his business partner quickly grew this start-up company into several highly profitable divisions with sales of over $6 million. The first division began with Marijuana Medicine Evaluation Centers (M.M.E.C.), which expanded rapidly into 14 standalone clinics. M.M.E.C. was the second largest provider of medicinal marijuana evaluations in the country. Synergistic Resources entered into a strategic partnership with JK Internet Marketing.
