Sahara, Suite 104 in Las Vegas, Nevada 89117.
This live CME activity is designed for physicians and other interested healthcare practitioners to enhance clinical competence and improve patient care by increasing knowledge and understanding of and advanced liposuction medical equipment. The course will review high definition (4D) liposuction, patient photography and marking with down lightning, artists perspective of fat sculpting, compression coupling fat removal using 5 ring ultrasound probe, hiding surgical incisions, fat transfer to muscle bellies combining Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and/or stem cells to optimize the sculptured body appearance. It will also include "Facial Fat Grafting", "Natural Breast Augmentation" and gluteal sculpting "Brazilian Butt Lift", non-invasive and minimally invasive cellulite treatment modalities, as well as a comprehensive review of non-invasive body contouring.

Following the activity, participants should be able to:
Summarize the benefits and limitation of advanced liposuction techniques
Understand the difference in marking high-definition man and woman patient with down lightning, VASER "compression coupling" fat sculpting with a 5 ring ultrasound probe, fat transfer to muscle bellies, subdermal fat removal at muscle insertion sites and an "artist" view of sculpting compared to that of a surgeon. Additionally, knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound assistance in fat placement.
minimally invasive cellulite treatment combined with platelet rich plasma and/or stem cell fat transfer enhancement and liposhifting to optimize the cellulite correction outcome
Discuss the benefits and limitation of non-invasive body contouring devices
Evaluate different liposuction & fat processing devices available, their benefits and limitations
Brazilian Butt Lift, Natural Breast Augmentation & Facial Fat Grafting technique
Define the science of stem and regenerative cells and platelet rich plasma in fat grafting
Review the FDA guidelines regarding stem cells & their therapeutic uses
List the benefits and limitations of each of the different technique fat harvesting devices
Evaluating the efficacy of noninvasive vs. minimally invasive Cellulite Treatment comparing laser & ultrasound technologies.
Know how to use platelet rich plasma for topical use, surgical glues and "Vampire Facelift"
Understand the different techniques and the advantages of the "Avelar" Lipoabdominioplasty technique added by ultrasound delivery

Robert J Troell, MD, FACS is director of The Institute of Advanced Body Sculpting and quadruple board-certified to include the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He was the first surgeon board-certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
