Acquisition Further Strengthens Innovation Group's Accident Management and Repair Capabilities for the Insurance and Fleet Industries

Driven is a leading provider of emergency roadside and towing services in the U.S. and Canada, supporting the insurance and fleet industries, as well as managing a number of auto club programs. Driven chief executive Craig Hamway, as well as the rest of the company''s senior management team, will join Innovation Group, and the business will continue to be managed from its Texas location.
