(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/23/14 -- HALMONT PROPERTIES CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE: HMT) On December 30, 2013, Halmont acquired the other 50% of its Hollow River forest property in Haliburton Country a related party for a note payable of $1.25 million. This was disclosed in the December 31, 2013 annual report.
Halmont Properties Corporation invests directly in real estate and securities of companies with real estate interests.
