Aurum Energy Park Set to Position Edmonton as a Major Logistics Hub for Oil Sands Development

Attendees included representatives from the City of Edmonton as well as commercial real estate brokers, industry peers and investors. Mayor Don Iveson; Ed Gibbons, City Councillor for Ward 4; Gary Klassen, General Manager with the city''s Sustainable Development department, as well as Focus Equities co-owners, Patricia and Kenneth W. Mariash, Sr., spoke at the event about the significant amount of economic growth and development occurring in Edmonton and how Aurum Energy Park is playing a key role in helping to make Edmonton a highly desirable logistics and fabrication hub for the oil sands.

At present, only a few remaining mixed zone lots are still available in the 750-acre park.
