eShippers Management Closes $100,000 Financing
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/19/14 -- eShippers Management Ltd. ("eShippers" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: EPX.H) announces that it has closed a private placement of 2,000,000 common shares for gross proceeds of $100,000 (the "Offering"). Proceeds will be used for exploration and general corporate purposes. The shares issued under the Offering are subject to a four month hold period which expires January 20, 2015. The Offering has received NEX approval.
