Superior Management Solutions Is Expanding

Through their management training program, they have already promoted 3 new managers and expanded into several new markets in 2014 alone. Right now Superior Management Solutions is on track to promote three more managers before the end of the year, which would exceed 2013, where they expanded five times.
Superior Management Solutions is an in-store marketing company with the goal to provide client acquisition services for a wide range of consumer electronics, home entertainment and communications clients. Their clients have a huge presence in some of the world''s largest retailers. Because of their success locally, their clients are pushing Superior Management Solutions to expand nationwide. In order to be successful at this they developed a management training position to develop their top people into Executive Level Managers. "The manager in training position teaches accountability and the drive to be successful. It develops self-management without supervision, leadership, developing others and balancing group management and coaching techniques," states Manager Sean Gustavson. Superior Management Solutions has two fundamentals in their training, 100% no seniority and 100% promotion from within for the right person.
Sean, Superior Management Solutions'' Director of Operations, was born in Fairfax, Virginia. At the age of 10 Sean moved to Melbourne Beach, Florida. Sean attended Brevard Community College and then went to the University of Central Florida to get a degree in Marketing. He worked at Ford Motor Company as an Account Manager in the complaints department. Feeling stuck, Sean moved to Atlanta to spread his wings. Sean grew up playing baseball and football and understands the importance of teamwork and competition and found his opportunity. He began with the business representing fortune 500 brands. Within four weeks he was promoted into a Team Leader position. He moved to Chicago as part of the new branch team for their Midwest expansion. 5 months later Sean was promoted into a Management position and ran the Columbia, Missouri office. Three years later, Superior Management Solutions has expanded across the country and promoted 21 managers from within the company.
Superior Management Solutions just returned from their National Manager Meeting, bringing ten of their own. Learning from some of the best managers in the country, Superior Management Solutions is looking forward to their annual vacation trip, which is being held this year in the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. They are bringing 11 new managers with them to Mexico.
When asked about a quote that stands out to him, Sean stated, "Sometimes you''re flush and sometimes you''re bust, and when you''re up, it''s never as good as it seems, and when you''re down, you never think you''ll be up again, but life goes on."
