The Annex(R) Adjacent Level System Allows Spine Surgeons to Utilize a Minimally Invasive Approach for the Treatment of Adjacent Level Disease

Today Spine Wave announces that it has released the Annex® Adjacent Level System for full commercial launch.
The Annex® Adjacent Level System is the world''s first adjacent level system designed to treat patients with currently instrumented segments from a minimally invasive approach. The Annex® Adjacent Level System is attached to a previously implanted 5.5mm diameter rod and then, via a percutaneous or mini open approach, attached to a Sniper® Spine System screw, eliminating the need to remove the existing hardware. The system allows the surgeon to treat multiple adjacent levels at a time.
