Evertz Technologies Limited (TSX: ET), the leader in Software Defined Video Network ("SDVN") technology, held its 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on September 9, 2014 in Toronto, Ontario and the results of the voting are as follows:
Election of Directors
The nominees listed in the management information circular for such meeting were elected as directors of the Company. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are set out below.
Re-appointment of Auditor
The resolution re-appointing Deloitte LLP as the Company''s auditors and authorizing the directors of the Company to determine the auditors'' remuneration was unanimously carried pursuant to a vote by show of hands.
