In a simple thumbs up / thumbs down recommendation approach on the user''s picklist screen, a user can choose only the destinations that received the highest marks and eliminate boards that received lower rankings. Users can also open a window to review how each board scored individually.
The recommendation engine will be released in October 2014 and will have its debut to specific customers and Applicant Tracking partners in September.
