In the ranking, the platform kununu.com slipped in among other employer assessments. As the renowned industry and business journal Automobilwoche had recently reported in a Career Special*, BFFT is not only the most popular company in the range of small- to mid-sized companies for Kununu users, but in the entire automobile industry. In the next few spots, industry heavyweights like Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi followed.
Kununu is the leader in the market of online employer assessment portals in the German-speaking world. On Kununu, employees can freely and anonymously rate their employers according to various criteria. Their scores and comments regarding the behavior of their superiors, cohesion with coworkers, image or work-life balance often help applicants and prospective employees make their job choices.
As the Automobilwoche reports, on kununu.com, in the automobile/automotive supplier section, there are 7,749 ratings for 960 companies, which have over 6.9 million views. The automotive engineering developer BFFT has reached an average rating of 4.27 points (for reference, the highest rating = "very good" is 5 points). This means that BFFT has the best average rating of all the companies that have been rated in the automobile industry. "The superiors expect high performances, but behave with friendly dispositions, provide an open ear and support us whenever they can," writes one user who works at BFFT.
