(PresseBox) - 14 - Kurtz Ersa North America, a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, offers its customers a unique range of professional soldering stations - the Ersa i-CON family!
All soldering and de-soldering stations of this family are marked by their excellent performance and quality. With the i-CON family, every demanding user in production, rework, maintenance, and even hobbyists will certainly find the right product.
i-CON PICO and i-CON NANO are the entry-level professional stations in the Slim Line format with a footprint of only 145 x 80 mm (5,7 x 3,1"). While the i-CON PICO is intended for hobbyists, the i-CON NANO meets all criteria for ESD protection, and is therefore ideal for industrial use. Both stations can be configured very easily and safely using a microSD card.
The 80 W soldering station uses the ultra-light i-Tool soldering iron, and is available with a wide range of soldering tips. i-CON 1 and i-CON 2 are professional industrial soldering stations powering the 150 W i-Tool. Both stations are operated using a text display and the i-Op control knob. In addition to the universal i-Tool, other soldering and de-soldering tools can be connected to the i-CON 2. The stations are available with optional interface for a IR preheating plate or a solder fume extraction unit.
The i CON VARIO 2 and i-CON VARIO 4 are the flagships of the i-CON family. The multichannel soldering and de-soldering stations are equipped with the i-Tool AIR S, a 200 W hot air soldering iron. One additional tool is connectable to the VARIO 2, three soldering and de-soldering tools can be operated in addition on the VARIO 4. This high-end product is ideal for professional soldering tasks in development, production, rework and maintenance. Both stations are equipped with standard control interfaces to an IR preheating station and a solder fume extraction unit.
