Francis Rosicross is a controversial title exploring the possibility that Sir Francis Bacon in fact wrote the body of work usually attributed to William Shakespeare. Most academics refute this theory, but Karl F. Hollenbach presents numerous facts pointing in this direction.

Karl F. Hollenbach was born in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1925. He served as a sergeant with the U.S. Engineers during World War II, before working first in the retail sector for 20 years before switching to education. He has authored over 20 books, both fiction and non-fiction, over his writing career.
